- identifying your current customer and your ideal customer (if they are different)
- analyzing your current landscape: your website, social media, traffic rates, conversion rates, etc.
- assessing these things comprehensively, in terms of:
- how they are working technically
- how engaging and effective they are
- your current workflows and processes:
- How much time and energy are you spending on this stuff? Is it paying off? Can we get better results for the same investment?
After that, the rest is up to you. We can put together a plan to make some changes, start new marketing initiatives, identify target metrics, and partner on the future of your business. We could agree that your current pipeline is working, and we just need more leads, so we focus on email and social media marketing to boost traffic.
Or, if you know you should be blogging and should be using social media, and just don’t have the time, you can choose to have it done for you. Your blog and social media accounts can be managed to be on-brand, on-topic, and “alive”, with only as much management as you have time for.
